From NW 21st to 23rd Avenues rests the neighborhood of Nob Hill, a village of tree-lined sidewalks with some great dining and shopping. The restaurants include Cafe Reese, Lucy's Table, Serratto, Ringside Steakhouse, Gypsy Restaurant & Velvet Lounge, plus Pastini Pastaria. There's New Renaissance Bookshop, Christmas at the Zoo, Eclectic Home and Child's Play. It's a nice play to walk around when all the Christmas lights are out. Don't make this your only stop in Portland, but, if you've got some time for out-of-the-box strolling, check out Nob Hill.
