It's about time some vineyard owners and winemakers made everything fun again. At Hip Chicks Do Wine, they'll even pour your wine for you. The urban winery opened in 2001 at the back of a working train yard, and the warehouse/industrial feel adds a perfect ambiance to your wine tasting. A wine tasting will let you sample five of their vintage wines, none of which a typical winery would serve. The parking lot can be crowded, especially for A+ events like "Chocolate and Barrel Tasting." The vineyard produces around 3,000 cases per year from Willamette Valley grapes. Their wine classes are excellent.
